The Eastwiki, the internal wiki for my alma mater, Eastwick Communications, is in its third year of making the agency more efficient, enabling collaboration and reducing both printed and email communications in the agency. Full credit for the implementation of the Eastwiki goes to Giovanni Rodriguez, who led Eastwick’s social media practice before I joined the agency, laying the groundwork (aka doing all the hard work) for making Eastwick a leader in agency social media adoption.
